The Hispanic Business Association (HBA) celebrated the 2024-2025 Richard G. Cortez Scholarship awardees with Governor Little at the Lincoln Auditorium in the Capitol Building. The HBA is proud to award its 31st class of students. This year's students were composed of twelve (12) outgoing high school students, nine (9) undergraduates, and three (3) graduate students.
